These policies explain how the Clubhouse works, how children’s privacy is protected, and where purchase and refund questions should go.
Effective August 16, 2026. By using Gavin E. Foley’s Clubhouse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The Clubhouse presents family-friendly product recommendations and book information. A parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult must supervise children’s use of the site and handle all purchases, account activity, and email submissions.
Some buttons take visitors to Amazon or another independent seller. The Clubhouse does not control those websites, their content, pricing, stock, shipping, payment processing, privacy practices, or customer service. Review the seller’s terms before purchasing.
Product descriptions are provided for general information. Prices, availability, age recommendations, product features, and seller terms can change. A responsible adult should confirm suitability, warnings, ingredients, dimensions, and safety information with the manufacturer or seller.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected branding or content, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The Clubhouse logo, original writing, graphics, book artwork, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, the Clubhouse disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for losses arising from third-party products, websites, transactions, delivery, or use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
These terms may be revised when the site or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
Effective August 16, 2026. The Clubhouse is designed to be enjoyed by families, but all interactive features and purchasing links are intended for adults.
Children under 13 must not submit names, email addresses, photographs, locations, account details, or any other personal information through this site. The Clubhouse does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children under 13. If the Site Administrator learns that such information was submitted, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
An adult may choose to enter an email address in a grown-up feature. The current Clubhouse page does not create user accounts or ask for payment information. If email delivery or another data-collection service is activated later, this policy will be updated to identify the information collected, its purpose, the providers involved, retention, and available choices.
The website host and linked third-party services may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate their services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs. Their own privacy policies govern their processing.
When an adult follows an Amazon link, Amazon may collect information under Amazon’s own privacy notice. The Clubhouse does not receive a shopper’s Amazon password, payment-card number, shipping address, or private Amazon account details.
The Clubhouse does not currently operate its own behavioral advertising or user-profiling system. Third-party destinations may use cookies or similar technologies under their own notices and choices.
A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact the Site Administrator through an official Clubhouse communication channel and request review and deletion. Do not include unnecessary information about the child in the request.
Reasonable safeguards should be used for information under the Clubhouse’s control, and information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose or legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Effective August 16, 2026. Gavin E. Foley’s Clubhouse is currently a product-recommendation and affiliate website. It does not directly process Amazon orders, charge customers, ship merchandise, or issue refunds for purchases completed on Amazon or another seller’s website.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, delivery problems, and refunds are controlled by Amazon and/or the specific third-party seller shown on the order. An adult purchaser must use the Amazon account associated with the order and follow the return or customer-service instructions displayed there.
Confirm the seller, price, delivery estimate, return eligibility, age recommendation, and product details on the checkout page. A product appearing on the Clubhouse does not guarantee that every seller offers the same return terms.
The Clubhouse cannot access or change Amazon orders and cannot promise approval, timing, or amount of a third-party refund. Contact Amazon or the seller directly for transaction assistance.
If the Clubhouse begins selling products directly, a separate direct-purchase refund policy will be posted before those sales are accepted.
